The bhangra-rap group - along with Devastasian were hired to perform for a family celebration. Spirits of music fans were high as thousands piled into Platt Fields Park & Victoria Park to see Offlicence live in concert. As soon as the gates opened at 1pm, crowds began to gather to get as close to the stage as possible.
